
Hi, I’m Nina, the founder of Karuna Wellness.
My work is rooted in a lifelong curiosity about the body and how we can feel better within it. I first came to yoga over 20 years ago, and what began as a personal practice quickly became a path of self-discovery ~ shaping me both physically and emotionally.
This led me to train as a yoga teacher and later explore bodywork & massage, deepening my understanding of the body through both movement and touch.
Today, I bring these elements together through breathwork, embodied movement and hands-on therapies to support both physical and emotional wellbeing.

I completed my yoga teacher training in 2012 with Frog Lotus Yoga in Spain, which laid the foundation for my work today.
Since then, my approach has expanded to include breathwork, embodied movement and therapeutic bodywork ~ creating a more integrated way to support both body and mind.
I completed my Breathwork Instructor training with Michaēl Bijker and have since explored a range of pranayama and modern breathwork practices.
I also hold a diploma in Holistic Massage from the Richdales Institute in London, and in November 2024 completed my training in lomilomi massage. My massage work is designed to support both physical and emotional wellbeing, helping the body unwind and release held tension.
At the core of my work is a simple idea: the way we breathe and move shapes how we feel. Through breath, movement, and touch, I help you regulate your nervous system, release tension and reconnect with your body.
My aim is to make these practices simple, accessible and genuinely supportive in everyday life.
