Treatments are a minimum of 90 minutes
Holistic Head to Toe ~ 90 minutes
Enjoy 90 minutes of full body massage using a mix of pre-blended oils designed to relax, uplift or restore. This massage will treat all areas of the body most prone to stress and tension and aid in deep relaxation.
Holistic Head to Toe ~ 60 minutes
Enjoy an hour long, deeply relaxing, full body massage. Using a mix of pre-blended oils designed to relax, uplift or restore, this massage will treat all areas of the body most prone to stress and tension.
Deep Tissue ~ 60 minutes
Focusing on targeting the deeper layers of muscle and connective tissue. Using slow, firm pressure and strokes to address muscle tension, stiffness and pain working to release tightness and knots that may have built up over time. This type of massage can help improve mobility, reduce pain, and promote healing by increasing blood flow and breaking down muscle adhesions.
Upper Body ~ 45 minutes
This 45 minute treatment targets the back, neck and shoulder areas. Relieving built up tension to leave you feeling relaxed and de-stressed
Lower Body ~ 30 minutes
A 30 minute treatment focusing only on the legs and feet. Ideal for improving circulation, stimulating muscles and reducing tension

If you arrive late for your appointment, I will do my best to still give you the full appointment time. This won't always be possible because of other bookings. If you know you will be late please ring ahead and I will do what I can for you.
Full treatment price is payable even on late arrival.
