This special one-day event will take place on Saturday May 3rd at Shorne Woods Country Park, inside their eco-lodge in a tranquil woodland setting.
Join me as we celebrate the season of spring with a day of rejuvenating practices to include: mindful movement to energise and boost, breathwork/pranayama, a walk in nature (weather dependant), holistic massage, Indian head massage, meditation and gong sound healing (I have a very special guest joining us!)

HOW MUCH DOES IT COST AND WHAT IS INCLUDED?
Each retreat is priced differently according to location, size etc and will vary in what’s included and what activities are on offer.
HOW CAN I PAY AND DO I NEED TO MAKE A DEPOSIT?
You will be required to make a £150 non refundable deposit to secure your space on any of our retreats. There are options to pay in instalments once your deposit has been made.
WHAT DOES THE ITINERARY CONSIST OF?
Each retreat will vary and so the itinerary will be different each time. We aim to create a good balance of yoga, action and rest. The retreat is yours to be involved in as much or as little as you want.
WHAT TYPE OF FOOD IS INCLUDED?
We aim to source all of our food on retreat locally and where possible organically. Our food will be plant based and we can discuss and cater for any specific dietary needs you might have.
