This 60-minute class is all about building gentle heat in the body and finding your rhythm through movement and breath. We’ll move through a creative sequence that blends energising postures with moments of grounding and calm, helping you feel more connected, spacious, and alive ~ in your own unique way.
Whether you’re brand new to yoga or have a regular practice, you’re welcome to join this practice. Options are always offered so you can honour your body and move in a way that feels right for you.

🌊 Fluid Flow – 60-Minute Yoga Class
A strong-yet-soft flow to help you move with ease, build strength, and feel more connected in your body.
Fluid Flow blends breath-led movement with strength-building postures and mindful transitions. We’ll focus on fluidity, control, and balance ~ helping you feel both grounded and energised. Expect a steady rhythm with space to explore, pause, and listen to what your body needs.
This class is open to all levels, with plenty of options to adapt or challenge your practice. Whether you’re rebuilding strength, looking to release tension, or simply want to move with more freedom ~ you’re welcome here.

Strong doesn’t have to mean stiff ~ this is all about fluid strength, embodied movement, and moving with kindness.
If you would prefer to practice yoga in the comfort of your own home private sessions are available on a 1-1 basis. Bespoke classes are tailored to your individual needs enabling us to work closely together giving you the space to focus and connect to the areas you feel need it most.
1-1 yoga: £50 per hour
1-1 yoga payment & cancelation -
1-1 yoga classes will need to be paid for in advance of the class.
1-1 bookings require 24 hours notice to cancel or amend otherwise the full fee is due.
It is my intention to share my knowledge and experience in a way which is accessible, helpful and of benefit to you.
These Terms & Conditions are set out as a guide to group classes, 1-1 yoga and your health and well-being when attending a class.
In-person classes:
You must book and pay online for your classes in advance of attending. I am unable to refund you for your class if you are unable to attend.
In very exceptional circumstances I may need to cancel a class at short notice. If this happens I will notify you via text message/email and will refund you the class cost within 24 hours.

Karuna yoga does not accept any responsibility for lost, stolen or damaged goods. Please look after your belongings when attending an in-person class.
I respectfully ask that you arrive a few minutes early so that we can start on time.
Phones must be turned off during class. If in exceptional circumstances you need to leave your phone on to take an urgent call please keep it on silent or vibrate and wait until you are out of the room before answering it.

Your health and well-being when attending any yoga class:
Yoga asana is a safe and effective form of movement, however, it is required that you take full responsibility for your own practice during a class. It is your responsibility to discuss any health concerns with a healthcare professional before attending a class and to make me (the teacher) aware of any medical conditions, complications or physical limitations before class. You must agree to honour your body by adjusting the practice according to your own capabilities and needs to ensure that no personal injury occurs. Should injury occur during class, I cannot be held accountable.
